Re-Submitting Job Application

Hey everyone, I'm on a deadline and would appreciate the help. I was trying to apply for a job, and at some point must have clicked the button to start the application process. When I came back to it and saw a job application was already there I clicked the button to "withdraw job application" figuring I could just turn around and submit a new completed one, but now it just gives me the option to "review application" with a label saying my application was withdrawn. I really need to get a new one submitted.
