Trying to access immunization records from missionary portal

I'm trying to access immunization records that are available through the missionary portal. Problem... No longer a missionary. Need those records for immigration purposes. Please help!

I'd suggest calling the church. It's unlikely that a employee will see your post and help.

Frankly, I'd highly suggest you go back to the medical institution you got your shots from. Once you've returned from your mission, I don't know as the church would keep any records like that.

Your stake president keeps your medical records during your mission and for a few months afterward. If you have returned recently, he may still have a copy. Otherwise, as russellhlto said, the place where you received your immunizations should have a copy. They should have given you some kind of a shot record, if you remember where that may have been placed.
