Twp website on iOS (iPad or iPhone)

I run the latest version of iOS on an iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. When I open the twp website to approve a temple worker the screen does not size correctly. It is as if I am viewing the desktop version and must scroll excessively to view the data. I can't actually complete the process because the site will not scroll all the way through the questions.
Is this (and other church sites) not responsive so it can be viewed and used on a mobile device?
