We do have a local website (http://www.hlt-bonstetten.ch/) which looks a bit old. Is there a tool from the church we can use to make a local website which is for the public to provide information about events happaning in our ward? Thank you for your help.

I'm not aware of any such tools. I think most wards use social media rather than creating their own website.

You might want to be aware of the rules set out at internet.lds.org. There may be additional instructions from your area office.
