I am looking for information on how I can set up a website for Harare 2015 FSY Website I have two weeks to do it. If there are links please help does the church has a development platform that I can use. Pliz Help

Under the old rule, permission had to be obtained via the Area Authorities for any such website. As part of the permission, they'd guide you to some resources. But those rules are no longer in effect. You could ask the stake president to check with the area authority, but I don't have any suggestions outside of that.

My experience as someone on the very fringes of the system was that the those resources were a commercial company that took a fee per person who registered. Something like $5/person. So you might want to stick to "do-it-yourself".
