I have noticed in the "Candidates Completing Forms" section, there name that have appeared there for up to 9 years.... I'm sure most of these candidates have moved on, maybe even married. Who is supposed to clear these names out? This is not big deal, I'm just curious....

I don't know who else can, but I know the Bishop can delete them.

I have asked, begged, and pleaded with bishops to delete old missionary applications. Several times, people have started a missionary application, and then realized they didn't need one to apply for a CSM or YCSM mission, so they abandoned the original application.

I have occasional success getting bishops to delete old applications.

I believe a member of the stake presidency can also do it. Perhaps, with permission, one of the stake president's counselors would be willing to clean up the list.

I think we tried that, but were unable to delete an application that had not been submitted to the stake.

Perhaps so. Haven't tried that.

I have one student, he is completing the form online, but he does not have information about his father. How he can continue the application?
