Is Meet.lds.org available to members for web conferencing

As our stake HC over seminary I recently learned of meet.lds.org which is used to conduct weekly online seminary classes. It seems to essentially take students and teacher to a church webex account where they meet in a weekly virtual classroom.

I went to meet.lds.org and discovered I can also sign in and seem to be able to set up a web conference and invite others, so this is my question. Can anyone with an LDS account utilize this? I would like to introduce some quorum presidencies that have counselors working out of town during the week to this. This would be such a help to them. They could use this for remote presidency meetings if it is available for that purpose.

I suspect it's limited based on the calling the person holds. But I have no idea what the limits are and what it's purpose is.

Interestingly enough, it seems that I can no longer login to meet.lds.org.

I called the global help desk and the person I spoke to had no knowledge of this site.

It would really be great if the Church would provide a webex site even if access required Stake Pres. approval. Some of our EQ Presidencies that have routine weekly business travel often find it impossible to meet. They could have a webex presidency meeting.

Any ideas on the next best thing ie: go to meeting etc paid for by the individuals ???

Apparently meet.lds.org is now available to Church employees only!

You could try pvc.lds.org instead.
