From my experience, although a tracking number is provided, like you I have found that an online way of using this isn’t available. Give it a couple of weeks and if the order doesn’t arrive, then contact the online store for an update.

You're not going to find the answer in a public tech forum.

Go to store.churchofjesuschrist.org, click on the "person" icon in the upper right, sign in, and click on "My Order". From there you should see a tracking number that you can use to see the progress.

From personal experience, it's pretty slow, even by USPS standards.

I think your best bet is to call the Online Store with your question. When I go to https://store.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the webpage, I get a new page where I can specify my country, and then it shows the corresponding phone number to call.
