Children turning 12 with new schedule

#1

Post by kjnewt »

Do the children turning 12 with the new schedule go to YM / YW on those weeks then return to primary on the off weeks or do they go to a Sunday school class on the off week from YM / YW ?

We can expect further instructions in next few months for these specific issues. Until then, if you need some input for planning you should speak with your bishop. He can then address the issue with the stake president if he doesn't have the answer. My bishop doesn't have answers and is awaiting further instructions from the stake or from church headquarters.

A lot of discussion in the 11 year old primary children's transition thread, but no new information.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

I would watch the Official Communication Library. You will probably see it there first.

A letter today from the First Presidency outlines the transition plan. The letter is to be read in sacrament meeting.

See the 11 year old primary children's transition discussion.
