Handling Tithing when Internet is down

Today is Sunday and I have a branch in our Stake whose computer isn't connecting to the internet. My question is how should they handle their Tithing for this week if they are unable to transmit? Are they OK to just go ahead and make the deposit and transmit once they get their internet issue resolved.
