Hi my name is Kenneth hempson. I am a BYUI student and i would like to do my internship with the church who do i need to contact to do this in UTAH ?

If you're just looking for good internship-like experience in a certain area – not necessarily a registered or paid internship – you could also look into serving a part-time service mission for LDSTech or another area of the church.
