The link in the original post takes you to a page that lists the requirements in detail. It appears that this particular position is located in Riverton, Utah. Note that it was posted back in April, and was only intended to last through the end of the year.

Is this statement from the job posting correct?

This is a temporary contingent role expected to last until the end of the year; based on budget there may be opportunity for extension.

Seems strange to have a full time position for only the last two months of the year.

The posting was made in April. It was set to expire in mid- April.
