I have been offered an internship for the church starting May right after I graduate with a BS in computer science. My concern is that the internship will not lead to a full time position.

I really want to work for the church but also want job stability for my family.

Can anyone give me any insight on chances of being able to get a full time job while there?

Every position is different, so your best resource for the answer to your question is the manager who is offering you the position.

I'm afraid that is not very helpful.

I don't see church managers giving people a guess on whether or not it could lead into a job. I was wondering if any FORMER interns could post and give their insight.
