Seminary and Institute Online Course Development

Is there a way to contribute skills through LDSTech regarding the online beta courses for Seminary and Institute? If not, does anyone have an idea how to go about offering my services?
I am an online teacher and have several years experience developing courses with Moodle and using HTML within those classes.
