Instructions for downloading video don't seem to work

I went to the gospel library this evening to download a video from the 2013 leadership training (on an ipad2). I was prompted to download the new version of Gospel Library, which I did. The instructions on the lds.org website for downloading do not seem to match the new version of Gospel Library. It says:
To download videos through the Gospel Library, do the following:
Because video files are large (20 to 30 MB each), you'll want to download these videos through a wifi network rather than a cellular network. To turn on wifi, tap Settings, turn wifi on, and connect to a network.
Tap the app home button to go to the Gospel Library app home.
Go to Manage Library > Videos and then to the section you wish to view.
Tap the video you want to download. Once the video downloads, the green arrow changes to a red circle.
I can't figure out how to do this in the new version.
