Better SEO (informative URLs, more reachable content)

I noticed as I use the meetinghouse locator tool that there is no way for a search engine to index the meetinghouses automatically, and the URLs on the site in general don't make a lot of sense.
Much could be done to increase the Church's search engine ranking (thus its exposure and Internet authority) by improving URLs and providing indexable links to content that is currently locked behind forms.
Thoughts?
