new lds.org tools not working

Since the new lds.org site launched I have been unable to access any of the new tools features on the site: ward calendar, directory, etc. I can log into my account with no issues, but I can't use any of the tools. My ward clerk has confirmed that I have been setup as the YM pres with the appropriate access. I can access the mls system through the clerk's computer. I've included a screenshot of the calendar page. Any suggestions?

Ability to access MLS in no way impacts your ability to log in to lds.org. Your MLS account is a local account only and has no influence outside your local install of MLS. The only reason the two would share the same username and password is if you created your MLS account using the same information. I know this doesn't answer your question, but thought I'd make sure that was clear so it doesn't trip you up.

What you are seeing is not correct (shocker, I know). Even without a calling you should be able to see the calendar and directory. When the ward clerk logs in, what does he see? If you log in on the same computer, do you see? If you can't see it an he can, you may need to contact lds account support.

Many users have experienced problems with their individual logins and calendar, directory and many apps that require a valid sign-in are affected. You need to contact lds account support as was previously suggested and request that they examine your login information that is passed to applications after you have logged in and make sure it is correct. It is usually very easy for them to fix, but requires intervention on a per-account basis.
