LDS Employment Site

My daughter was visiting me this past weekend and complained about the LDS Employment Site not having a filter for job types. I was sure she just didn't follow the correct course of action, but when I got on the site to check it, I found she was right.
When the site was older it did provide the filter, but as it is now, its very cumbersome. If you go into a particular area, say Dallas, it gives you several thousand jobs to go through which includes everything from waitressing, city jobs, secretaries, etc.
She said that a large number of her friends have quit using the site because of it. It would seem that it wouldn't be difficult to put ini a filter to separate jobs by type.
