BUG - printing lessons with firefox on a mac

It works in Safari, but whenever I attempt to print a lesson from one of the lesson manuals on lds.org I only get the first and last page...
Very odd..
I've recreated this issue with many pages, but it just happened, 2 minutes ago with this page.
