Preach My Gospel

I use Preach MY Gospel frequently to study and to train new mission presidents. When I go to lds.org without signing on I can pull it up just fine, however, when I sign in, it pulls up but when I click on a topic from the table of contents, the page goes blanch instead of bringing up the chapter. I am unable to highlight when I am not signed in. It is very annoying. JIm Urry
