Problem with Some Scripture Audio

I really should have logged every problem I found when I found them. There are a lot of files out there. But here are the problems I have seen (heard) when listening to the scripture audio files.
1. Some files have scratchy sounds in them. It's the sound you get when ripping a CD too fast when there are errors on the CD. Obviously, the audio files were created from the original scripture CDs. The ripping should have been done in an error-correcting mode or done at a slower speed.
2. In a few cases I have heard "End of side 1" at the end of a chapter, like it came with a cassette version.
