I just noticed it says "Pacific - English" in the top right corner of the lds.org window in my browser. I tried to select United States as my country, but these are the only choices I see in North America:
* Área Caribe
* Canada (English)
* Canada (Français)
* Caribbean Area (English)
* Caribbean Area (Français)
* México

Interesting. The clerk's computer is set to Pacific - English, while my personal laptop at home is set to Worldwide - English.lajackson wrote:Try "Worldwide - English".

Re: Pacific region? Select Country
I would guess that the clerk's computer had a language problem and a clerk tried to reset it as I did the first time, unable to find any type of English related to the U.S. It is not intuitive, which fits right in to the same category as a lot of other things.drepouille wrote:Interesting. Re: Pacific region? Select Country
So there is no "United States" option? Just "Worldwide"? It's a little confusing and maybe not the best UI. Mine was set to India somehow and trying to change it back I picked Canada as the closest option.
