I don't sign in at LDS.org all that often. Mostly to do donations, but I can usually navigate to what I need without signing in. That said, today I happened to notice that, when I was signed in, the top, right corner of the main web page has a little, round "world" icon and, next to that, it says, "India - English".
Anyone else having this issue? When I try to change to another country I can select a region (North America) and the USA is NOT an option.

There is no such thing as "USA - English". It's "Worldwide - English".

Okay... but I still can't figure out how it was changed to India in the first place. Hmmm.
