I am a Ward Clerk and our Ward just called a new RS Presidency. I updated the new presidency on LDS.org today but the new RS president still is unable to gain access to welfareservices.lds.org

Is there something I need to do other than just have the calling set right on LDS.org? Perhaps I just need to wait and eventually it will automatically grant her access.

It takes about 24 hours for the computers to sync up and give access. It will probably be sooner than that, but I wouldn't worry until 24 hours has passed.
