Hello,

The language setting in my account is set to English but the lds.org website continues to display information in French. I know another person who encounters the same technical discrepancy but the lds.org website displays information in Japanese instead. We both had previously set our language preferences to French and Japanese respectively. What could be done to make the language setting in the user account work?

It's a long standing problem with lds.org. Every now and then it pulls random language settings.

Edit the ending of the url in the browser so it ends in /?lang=eng

While it is a longstanding bug, as russellhltn said, you also might try deleting your cookies and history, or at least the ones with lds in them.
