missionary can't access ldsmail.net

I am a new missionary and have been given the passwords and user names to the ldsmail.net address people use to contact us to make reservations to Camp Kilowan. I have tried and tried to no avail. Can someone help me?

Is it telling you the username or password is incorrect? If so, maybe it was written down wrong. Have you tried going back to the people who gave you the username/password to find out how they logged in?
