So the new navigation (CONFERENCES, SPEAKERS, TOPICS and the headphone and download icons) aren't working for me or others that I've had test it from different locations. Looking at the source of the page I've found 2 javascript links that don't resolve.

Both come page with pages that say:
Not Available
This page is unavailable. Error code: 2-1919

Yes, known issue. The server keeps crashing. But they don't yet know why.
Tip: If the photos for each speaker doesn't show up, the server is down and the various buttons won't work. Come back later.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
