We have a member who had their blessings restored and a recommend activated back in May of 2015. Now they are showing as an expired recommend in LDS Tools. Even more mysterious, their recommend number says it's issued but you cannot see any recommend status in LCR, it's just not there. So I'm kind of stuck, I don't know where else to go for tech support. I'm a Stake Clerk btw.

The recommend was issued after the blessings were restored and recorded, correct? There might be an issue if the recommend was processed before the restoration was complete.

As a Stake Clerk, you can call Local Unit Support.
