I've found some misplaced HTML tags in the FAQ section of the Missionary Application. See https://apps.lds.org/recentry/welcome?execution=e2s2#40. There are some <br/> tags that seem to be unintentionally escaped. Who would I inform about that? This also applies to the other answers on that page, for instance, "Q. What Immunizations are needed before submitting the recommendation forms?" has some HTML tags showing as well.

Ah, I just realized that it might not be possible for most people to view that unless their bishop has opened their applications up for them. If that's the case, I guess just prospective missionaries and Church Employees with the right access can check it, Still, though, it would probably be good to get it fixed.
