Depending on her skill set, you might see if the stake president would go along with calling her as an "Assistant Technology Specialist" assigned to your ward. In addition to website maintenance, she could assist those in the ward with tech-type questions.

We had a sister as a website administrator for many years. It's been reported that there's no role for the Website Admin in the current map/directory that was rolled out in 2019.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
