I have been approached by a ward member who uses juno for her email and does not get emails from the lds.org website. I have verified that they are not showing up in her spam filter either.
I have tried several times to send using the LCR send message function. She says she also doesn't get calendar notifications either.
I have also verified that the other member of our ward that uses juno for email has the same issue.
Has anyone else seen this issue? Is this a known issue? how do we get CHQ to help resolve it?

If the problem is just with one domain, then I'd think that it's something that domain is doing - not something that the church is doing wrong.
I'd suggest that the users complain to Juno and have them fix it. They have more clout with Juno than the church would.
