Topical Guide notes and highlights

To me, the most efficient way to organize gospel study would be to go to the Topical Guide and highlight scriptures there, add other scriptures and add notes. This is what I do with my paper scriptures. Why is it taking so long to make this available on the electronic scriptures? This is very frustrating.

FWIW, you can do that in the Gospel Library app for Android. Feature discrepancies are the exception, so perhaps they'll add that one day to the website...
