Good point I'll have to reccomend that, not just for this instance but it's possible that other callings in the ward have been entered as custom and need to be changed.

It has now been two midnights since I was added as a web administrator in MLS and still no administrator button on lesson schedules. I'm guessing the clerk did something wrong when he added me, possibly a custom calling. Can someone help me with the steps I can email him to correct this problem? Also if he is not at the church is there a way for him to do it using leader tools online?

You are definitely listed as a custom calling.

Currently he can not update this via the tools online. It's coming soon, but for now MLS is the only option.
