Suggestion: Make FIR Two Way Communication

The facility issue reporting system communicates things that need to be done from the unit to the FM group. This is a great way to request things that need to be addressed. However, it would be nice if it had a flow from the FM group back to the unit. Let me elaborate. When the FM group performs actions at our building without the submission of a FIR request, it would be nice to know what they did and why. So, they would enter a new kind of FIR "action" that would notify the unit facilities person that something was done. An example is: we have a well and have had water issues in the past. They do monthly water quality testing and they recently shocked our well and we just happened to find out about it. If the FM group had to submit all unrequested actions into the FIR system, we would have not only known that this action had taken place, but why. Hopefully that is clear enough.

This is more of a culture inside FM more than anything else. If they worked and collaborated with wards and stakes this communication would happen regardless of whether the tool worked that way or not.
