color highlighting

I love the highlighting in tools of the lds gospel library on my mobile device, but struggle to see the highlighting on my desktop! The desktop underlining is very thin and the colors and color locations do not match up with those on my device, so it is difficult to use the same system of marking. Is there something I can do to on my desktop to:

1. Increase the width of the underlining
2. Match the colors more closely (the desktop colors are very light) to the mobile devise and/or
3. Match each color location of the color chart on the desktop to my mobile device so I can better guess where the matching color would be?
