Recreation Camps on Tools Menu Twice

The church recently added "Recreation Camps" to the tools menu, but now I notice that it appears twice on the Tools menu for me, whether logged in or out. Do other people see this, too?

I also see it twice. It comes both before and after Lesson Schedules.

Yes, they must be very important to appear twice.
