No Access for Stake Physical Facilities Reps

I have no access to the area "Facilities Issue Reporting"

Ward Building Reps in North America have access to a Facilities Issue Reporting area on the Sign in/Tools drop-down menu. This area tracks their required monthly reports and other important issues about each unit building in the stake. Every Ward Building Rep. can see reports for other ward building reps in the stake.

As the the Stake Physical Facilities Rep. We are responsible for monitoring the completion of the monthly inspection reports filled out in this section. We are also charged with keeping the Stake President updated on the completion of the report and any significant issue listed on the monthly report.

The problem is I have no access to this area even though I have been entered in MLS and on LDS.org as holding the calling of Stake Physical Facilities Rep This means I am essentially locked out of the majority of what I am responsible for including training Ward Building Reps on the use of this area.

Is this a design flaw, or is there something we can do on our end to correct this?

We had a similar problem with access to FIR. We had to enter the Stake Building Specialist ((SBS) calling as well!

This seemed to give the required permissions for access. I haven't checked this recently, but the instructions at the time, made no mention of an SBS! We left both callings, for the person called in MLS, as to playing about removing each calling was not practical!
