I couldn't follow your steps to get to this page. The path to this page is: Resources > Sunday School > Leader Resources > Videos: Learning and Teaching in the Church.

But in any case, the download worked just fine for me. The 15.7MB video downloaded with no errors on my Firefox 20.0.1 on Windows7.
