The Tools Menu is a great tool listing all the sites we need, but is is sometimes too much of a good thing when it persists in dropping down even after I have opened the tool I want. I know this has been discussed in other forums related to specific tools, but it seems to happen whichever tool I open so I decided to reopen the discussion in this general area. It seems like a simple thing to maybe change a few lines of code.....and I say this from a strictly non tech perspective so it may involve more than this.

At long last we have removed this. Bask in the glory of your lack of popups.
