The pop-up window here https://www.lds.org/callings/melchizede ... t?lang=eng is fixed. Unfortunately, the bottom of the window is cut-off with no ability to scroll (see screenshot). This means many of the controls are unusable. This happens in Firefox (Mac). It also happens in Chrome, but the window is cut-off low enough that the controls are still available.

This sounds much like an issue reported previously. In that report the user did not have enough screen height to fully display the video. A work-around is to reduce the browser zoom to a smaller size.

I was able to see the entire popup on my laptop by using F11 to go to the browser's 'full-screen' mode while still keeping the zoom at 100%. This was with Firefox 19 on Windows.

Neither of those (reducing browser zoom) or full-screen mode are great solutions. Solutions, yes, but the better solution is to allow the box to be moved. For instance, what if you take notes in a different app while being trained?

This could be merged with the previously reported issue, but the issue still remains.

Both of those "solutions" are not solutions but rather work-arounds until the real solutions are programed and deployed.

The forum is primarily user-to-user support. While there are church ICS employees who visit the forums from time to time and respond in threads, official feedback to correct problems and issues is through the feedback link found on the LDS.org home page and some of the other LDS.org pages.

If you have not done so, I recommend submitting the problem through the LDS.org feedback link.
