Text messaging for LDS.org web sites.

Many leaders are wondering if there will soon be the ability to use text messaging to mobile devices instead of sending the traditional emails from the various calendar and directory modules.

I haven't heard this question regarding the calendar, but similar questions have been raised regarding the Directory and the Leader and Clerk Resources. See
