Feedback does not work

Fill out the form and submit. I get the following error after more than 30 seconds:
502 Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /tools/feedback.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.21 (Linux/SUSE) Server at http://www.lds.org Port 80

Also your version of Apache is out of date and has known security issues. It should be patched.

This is a known issue that we are looking into. Thanks for the report.

29 March 2012: I get the same error message. Any idea when "Feedback" feature will work?
