Recently, I was reading the Book of Mormon in Spanish. I needed to switch to English for a moment. I selected English from the Languages dropdown and the switch to the chapter I was reading was fine. But, when I went to switch back to Spanish, it took me to the home page of the Scriptures in Spanish.


Here is a demonstration.

• Visit this link:
• http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/1?lang=spa
• Change to English using the menu dropdown
• You will be redirected here:
• http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/1?lang=eng
• So far so good
• Now switch back to Spanish using the dropdown menu
• Instead of going back to:
• http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/1-ne/1?lang=spa
• You will be taken to:
• http://www.lds.org/scriptures?lang=spa

While using a PC I can just modify the end of the URL from "eng" or "spa" and the reverse to get the behavior I want, but this isn't so easy to do using a mobile device. It would be nice to have the language dropdown function properly.
