Can we mark certain posts as "favorites" so that we can go to our control panel and review what posts we want to remember instead of having to search for them?

I do this now with my RSS Reader.

Yes, that is the best way to do it now. The other way is to bookmark the thread you like but that solution is not as nice as the RSS Reader option (subscribe to this tread).

Last I checked RSS just got the new threads, not the posts.

My RSS Reader allows me to get the newest threads or posts, and then I flag the ones I like the most and then I can go back to them when I need to. Sometimes I will bookmark one that I like.

Also Firefox's RSS functions are great.

Which RSS Feed are you using?

Both feeds that I know of only report the new threads and the first post.

If you use the "Thread Tools" and then select "Subscribe to this thread", the system will email you when a new post is made.

I am using the new post feed, but my reader allows me to save and flag posts that I like. So if it is post I want to go back and read again or see the thread again I just do that.

If I am replying to a post and want to make sure I get the answer then I just subscribe to the thread.

David,

I don't use RSS here. But do so with other trade relatd threads I participate in. I use reader.google.com. It allows you to share as well as mark favorites. You might try it.
