Feedback for Church Employees / HQ

Hi all,
While these forums are great for help from other church members, sometimes a thread turns into a dead end and/or a feature request (for this site or the church generally).
If the thread hasn't been seen or commented on by someone labelled as a church employee how can we bring the conclusion of a community discussion forward to the church for consideration or acknowledgement?
It would be nice to see comments like "we looked into it once and wasn't feasible, but now it might be worth another look", or "nope, asked about this and it wasn't approved because of x, y and z", or "great idea and easy to do, look for it soon".
