The tech web looks great, but it has some UI issues:

* Acronyms -- put the definitions right next to the acronyms, don't make users click once for each definition

* Posting suggestions -- a one-click entry box is sufficient; too many choices wastes time

* "Careers" application process -- already notified Taleosoft, one error stops entire process; "single point of failure"

But it's very pretty, and works quickly, and there are lots of places to spend time. I don't know all the needs you're trying to meet, but it looks very professional.

Thanks for your comments.
The software that we employ for the forum is commercial software from vBulletin. As we purchase a license to use the software we are bound by the abilities of the program. Making changes would not only be difficult, but would probably violate the license agreement.

In regards to your comment on the Acronyms, we have another post where many of the more common terms are defined which may be more to your liking. Click HERE for that thread.
