A small detail: The Tom Welch profile, third paragraph has by missing from:

Another mispelled word

I think the web site looks good and that it has some great potential.
One nitpick is that Joel Dehlin's bio page has a mispelled former emplyer. It should read Arthur Andersen, not Anderson.
