OK, I'm registered now. How does this work? What do I use if for? I am lost. How can I assist in this work? Is there a tutorial available to assist new people online?

What exactly are you wanting to do? Most of the users of this forum are computer geeks so tutorials are unnecessary. They browse a few posts and dive into the discussion.

You've gotten on-line in a forum dedicated to church and technology. Is that what you were looking for? Or were you looking for something more specific and ended up here?

Hi Crystal and welcome to the forum!

I'm one of the several moderators here and hopefully we can get you going in the right direction. First of all, above the posting area you should see a thin dark menu bar with lighter letters. Click on the word FAQ and you'll find quite a bit of information on things like:

• General Forum Usage
• User Profile Features
• Reading and Posting Messages

...and the all important

• Code of Conduct

If you are interested in a particular topic, click the word "Search" on the menu bar and type it in. You will see a list of prior discussions that involve your search word(s). This is usually the best way to see if a topic has already been discussed before opening a new line of discussion.

If you need any further help, you can either reply here, or click on my screen name and choose "Send a private message" and I'll try to help you further.
