LDS Tools for Android Project missing

I was watching the LDSTech Conference regarding LDS Tools Mobile App, and the speaker suggested joining the project as a tester. I've searched the Project list and the LDS Tools for Android project isn't listed. I also checked on
https://tech.lds.org/wiki/index.php/LDS ... or_Android but nothing is listed under Project status.
Am I missing something, or is there no longer a project for Android?

Quick update: I eventually found a link to the project on the Google+ Community

But I'm still looking to find out why it's not a listed project.

One of the project managers would probably answer that question best – if you click on "Role" in the table that lists members (to sort alphabetically by Role), then scroll down you can see who all the project managers are...
