downloading videos to MacBook Air

I teach sunday school and when I click on a video to preview from the come follow me lesson outline the video pops up and then a large box that says download the video to my macbook air. It covers all of the control features of the video and tells me to avoid problems I should download it and then when I click on the download icon it does nothing. I have to go look for the video secition on LDS.org resources, then download it from there. Why won't it download from the come follow me resource?
